Great information on the history of the Christmas tree. I was surprised at the colors representing knowledge and innocence. They would seem to be contradictory traits to symbolize unless it is saying everything comes together at Christmas to celebrate the year soon to pass.

Ahh, the Christmas ornament tradition. I always look forward to this time of the year when we gather around our Christmas tree and remember the places we’ve traveled where we have acquired our ornaments from around the world. Thank you so much for your research!
I thought there was going to be some grate discussion about christmas trees, but apparently not. I do however see lots of stuff pertaining to christmas trees on other links. I am so excited about christmas, for the first time ever, I look forward to christmas and christmas trees. My children are old enough to understand christmas and are so eager. I am getting the christmas tree tomorrow and my boy is so excited. He put up the christmas lights with his grandparents this morning and as many a little boy has done was admamant about putting a holloween decoration he found. Despite all the crap that continues in the background of our lives, nothing like Christmas and the green tree and our children to make life so wonderful.
Hey you did a wonderful job on your site. Christmas is by far the best time of year in my opinion. You have me some great Christmas decorating ideas for this Christmas. All of the accessories you have pointed out are all really good. this site will definitely help people out in getting ready for the holidays this year.

i came across a bit after Christmas now, but i do agree with Dave, the site surely have some nice content and beeing associated with amazon really gives more trust to people, so more chance to get sales. Good luck mate
